How it works

  1. Agent starts your verification flow.
  2. You get a hosted verification link.
  3. You open the link and complete:
    • ID upload
    • selfie / liveness check
  4. You come back and tell the agent you are done.
  5. Agent checks status and continues when approved.

Important

  • Verification is hosted and manual.
  • The agent cannot do ID upload or selfie for you.
  • If verification needs more info, the agent tells you exactly what to do next.

Status language

  • approved: you can continue.
  • pending or manualReview: wait while checks run.
  • needsVerification or needsInformation: action required from you.
  • denied, canceled, locked: blocked state.
